Dicey Reilly’s Reopens Free Matchday Club Ahead of New Premier League Season
As anticipation builds for the return of Premier League football, one of Liverpool’s favourite sports bars is preparing to welcome supporters back with the return of its popular free Matchday Club.
Dicey Reilly’s, located in the heart of Liverpool’s Ropewalks district, has announced the reopening of the club ahead of the 2026/27 season, giving football fans access to priority table bookings, exclusive discounts and one of the city’s most vibrant matchday atmospheres.
For many supporters, matchday is no longer just about the 90 minutes on the pitch. It’s about the build-up before kick-off, watching alongside fellow fans and enjoying the buzz that continues long after the final whistle.
That experience has helped establish Dicey Reilly’s as one of Liverpool’s go-to venues for live football over the past few years, attracting thousands of supporters for Premier League title races, Merseyside derbies, European nights, domestic cup finals and major international tournaments.
With season tickets becoming increasingly difficult to secure and matchday ticket prices continuing to rise, many fans are embracing new traditions away from the stadium.
Recognising that football has always been about community as much as the game itself, Dicey Reilly’s has created the Matchday Club to bring supporters together throughout the season.
Membership is completely free and includes:
- Priority table bookings for many of the biggest televised matches
- Tables for up to six guests (with larger groups available by arrangement)
- 20% off food before, during and after the game
- Guests dining with members can also sign up and receive the same discount
The venue is fully equipped for live sport, featuring a spectacular three-metre giant screen, multiple Ultra HD televisions, private viewing booths and authentic Irish hospitality.
Whether you’re watching Liverpool, Everton or simply looking to catch the biggest fixtures from across the Premier League, Dicey Reilly’s aims to offer an atmosphere that rivals being inside the stadium itself.
Fans can enjoy burgers, chicken wings, sharing platters and perfectly poured Guinness before settling in for the action, with regular live music continuing into the evening after full-time.
Throughout the season, Dicey Reilly’s will be showing Liverpool’s televised Premier League, European and domestic cup fixtures, Everton’s televised matches and the biggest games from across the football calendar, including Merseyside derbies, Champions League nights, the FA Cup Final and Super Sunday clashes.
Lily Holt, General Manager at Dicey Reilly’s, said: “Football has always been about belonging. It’s about the people you watch it with, the excitement before kick-off and sharing those unforgettable moments together. That’s exactly what we’ve created at Dicey Reilly’s.
“For many supporters, going to every game simply isn’t possible anymore. Season tickets are incredibly difficult to secure and matchday tickets can be a significant expense. We wanted to create somewhere that captures everything people love about football – the atmosphere, the excitement and that sense of belonging.
“People arrive early, enjoy great food and drinks, watch every minute on our giant screens and then stay long after the final whistle to enjoy our live music. Whether you’re following Liverpool, Everton or another club, everyone is welcome. We want Dicey Reilly’s to be the place where people create their own matchday traditions.”
With demand expected to be high during the opening weeks of the season, supporters are encouraged to join the free Matchday Club and book their tables early for the campaign’s biggest fixtures.
As another Premier League season gets underway, Dicey Reilly’s is once again inviting football fans to make the venue their home for every goal, every celebration and every unforgettable matchday moment.
