Backyard Cinema Bringing Romeo + Juliet Film Screening To Liverpool
After a decade of sold out shows in London, Backyard Cinema’s critically acclaimed Romeo + Juliet show is coming to Liverpool. And where better to host this truly special screening then the timeless and beautiful Concert Room inside St George’s Hall.
This celebration of Baz Luhrmann’s acclaimed 1996 cult classic will be screened in this intimate and breath-taking setting amongst candle lit aisles from 9 – 15 September 2024.
A live choir will perform stunning interpretations of iconic songs from the soundtrack, including Young Hearts, Everybody’s Free, Kissing You and Doves Cry.
What once started as a passion project in its founders’ very own back garden, Backyard Cinema has now grown to be one of the leading alternative cinema experiences in the UK.
