Strawberry Picking At Claremont Farm Is Back

The year has been anything but normal so far, so it’s nice to see that one of our favourite summer activities is back – Strawberry picking at Claremont Farm.

You can now head over to the Bebington farm for their annual strawberry picking season, which is expected to last 3-4 weeks. This year they have considered some important measures due to the Coronavirus.

Previously you would enter the farm shop and get a basket, head out to the field, pick your stawberries and then return to the shop for your stawberries to be weighed. However, to avoid people having to queue you will now be charged an entry fee, ensuring that everyone pays up front. This way you can collect your starwberries and leave without having to queue, therefore reducing everyone’s risk of potentially spreading infection.
