Foo Fighters Announce Two Huge Anfield Stadium Shows for 2026 Take Cover Tour
Rock icons Foo Fighters have announced their long-awaited return to the UK, with two massive shows at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium on 25 and 27 June 2026 — their only UK stadium dates next year.
The shows form part of the band’s Take Cover Tour 2026, which will see Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee and Ilan Rubin bring their electrifying, high-octane performances to stadiums, arenas and festivals across 10 European countries. The tour kicks off on 10 June in Oslo, Norway, and wraps up on 10 July at NOS Alive Festival in Portugal.
The announcement follows the release of the band’s explosive new single Asking for a Friend, and marks their first European and UK tour since 2024’s acclaimed Everything or Nothing at All Tour, described by The Guardian as “thrillingly intense” and by the Evening Standard as proof they’re “still the undisputed kings of stadium rock.”

Support acts for the Anfield dates will include Inhaler, Royel Otis and Die Spitz, joining the Foo Fighters for what promises to be one of the biggest live music events in Liverpool next summer.
It’s another major milestone for Anfield after hosting the likes of Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen and P!nk in recent years.
LFC season ticket holders — including both men’s and women’s teams — as well as All Red Full, Light, and Junior Members, plus seasonal hospitality members, can enjoy exclusive early access to pre-register for tickets. The pre-registration window opens at 3pm GMT on Tuesday 11 November and closes at 3pm GMT on Wednesday 12 November.
Tickets go on general sale Thursday 14 November at 10am (local time) and are limited to six per customer.
