Out of Context and Planet Slop Announce R’n’B Rising Stars Gig

Out of Context has announced a new event for September, in collaboration with online Liverpool-based online publication and event promoters Planet Slop (www.planetslop.co.uk), which will feature Remée, Shak Omar and Jazmine Johnson; Friday the 7th of September at 81 Renshaw.

Remée and  Shak Omar are very familiar faces on the Liverpool Music Scene. Seasoned performers who have graced stages at the likes of LIMF and Liverpool Sound City, to name but a few. They have nurtured a loyal following in recent years and are widely regarded to be amongst the brightest up-and-coming talent the city has to offer.

 Jazmine Johnson similarly brings a lot to the stage, with a prowess for songwriting and a truly wonderful voice.
This gig will follow on from a string of sell-out events for Out of Context and will proceed their Gazelle, Tori Cross and Kingfast which took place on the August 4 at the same venue.
81 Renshaw has become a hugely popular intimate music venue in the city and Out of Context and Planet Slop have carefully chosen a suitable home for what is sure to be an amazing night of live music.
