Sound City 2020 Festival Extra Day And More Artists Announced

***Sound City 2020 Cancelled Due To Ongoing Coronavirus Concerns***

Sound City 2020 festival has announcd that it has expanded its re-scheduled event to 25, 26, 27 September.

With Friendly Fires headlining on Friday 25 September, Pale Waves on Saturday 26 and Red Rum Club on Sunday 27, the festival will launch on Thursday 24 September with a party at District headlined by Fickle Friends.

The Sound City + conference will now include a revised programme of events across all three days, as the industry addresses the challenges arising from the COVID-19 lockdown. SC+ and VIP ticket holders will be able to catch an exclusive show from Working Men’s Club at the Cavern on Friday night.

SUNDAY 27 SEPTEMBER – RED RUM CLUB, Marika Hackman, Jamie Webster, The Lathums, The Snuts, Spector, Marsicans, Sophie & The Giants, Satyr Play, The Sway, Mamatung

More artists are set to be announced soon. Existing tickets are all valid for the new event, and further tickets can be bought online now at soundcity.uk.com

While live music fans wait for the lockdown to lift, Sound City has launched an innovative live streaming service Guest House, broadcasting live shows every Thursday from 7pm as well as delivering other content direct from artists to fans. Guest House is a subscription streaming service featuring many of the festival artists live from their homes during the COVID-19 lockdown. Guest House is the only service directing subscription and donation revenue directly to artists whose performance income has been cut off by the shutdown of the live music sector across the world.
