Slim’s Pork Chop Express Announce Crayfish Boil In Baltic Triangle

Seel Street favourite, Slim’s Pork Chop Express, will be hosting a ‘Crayfish Boil’ event on Friday 24th August at their summer pop-up at Craft Minded, to celebrate the restaurant’s fourth birthday.

The Louisiana-inspired Crayfish Boils involve preparing huge pans of spicy broth, before Crayfish are added in and cooked throughout the day. The Slim’s Pork Chop Express team will be running a ticketed event for ‘all you can eat’ elbow-to-elbow dining in the heart of the city’s independent quarter at craft beer taproom, Craft Minded. Guests can look forward to live music, a DJ set and outdoor seating.

Co-founder of Slim’s, Matt Farrell, comments: “Our summer pop-up at Craft Minded has been a great success and we look forward to hosting our Crayfish Boil Birthday Bonanza at this fantastic venue. Our chefs have been working hard on the recipes, so we’re looking forward to hearing what the guests think between mouthfuls!”
