PG Tips Launches Pop-Up Complimentary Dairy-Free Afternoon Tea In Liverpool

To celebrate the popularity of its ‘Perfect with Dairy-Free’ tea, this May PG tips is launching a free afternoon tea centred around the much-loved brew. The ‘Afternoon Free’ will run for a limited time (Monday 20 – Friday 24 May) only across three charming venues in the UK including Cuthbert’s Bakehouse in Liverpool.

Guests have the chance to taste a delicious PG tips dairy-free afternoon tea with a loved one. What’s more, for those who say the phrase ‘Can I have the Afternoon Free?’ on arrival, the experience will be exactly that – completely free of charge.

Perfect for both dairy and non-dairy diners alike, PG tips is encouraging people to come together over dairy-free tea, vegetarian sandwiches and dairy-free cake – with the confidence that they won’t be able to taste the difference between the PG tips experience and other afternoon teas.

Alongside a range of mouth-watering savoury sandwiches, indulgent cakes and soft scones – complete with vegan coconut clotted cream – each guest will be treated to a delicious range of dishes at the Afternoon Free.

Most importantly, there’ll be a bottomless PG tips Perfect with Dairy-Free teapot, served alongside plant-based milk options, for which the tea is designed to perfectly complement – meaning there’ll definitely be enough tea to go around.

The Cuthbert’s PG tips ‘Afternoon Free’ menu consists of a range of delicious sandwiches and canapes, with options including roast vegetable, hummus and rocket; avocado, rocket & sweet chilli jam. You’ll also receive a lovely dairy-free selection of sweet treats to round off the deliciousness!
