
Panoramic 34 Launches Liverpool’s First Wine Tasting In The Clouds
Liverpool’s highest restaurant, Panoramic 34, has launched the city’s first wine tasting in the clouds.
On Wednesday 9 April, wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike can enjoy a beautiful evening of stunning views that the restaurant is renowned for, alongside six luxurious wines that have been carefully selected and paired with five delicious dishes for £90 per person.
Hosted in collaboration with Ca’ del Bosco, a renowned winery located in the Franciacorta region of northern Italy which is celebrated for its exquisite sparkling wines, Panoramic 34 will welcome guests from 7pm to sip a beautiful glass of Cuvee Prestige Franciacorta, Ed 46, and delight in canapés of nduja arancini with chive emulsion.
The event will then commence at 7.30pm where special guest representative from Ca Del Bosco, Luca Cinnacchi, will guide diners through an interesting and enjoyable wine tasting, accompanied by breathtaking views of Liverpool and five spectacular courses created by Panoramic’s expert chefs.
The delicious five course menu has been perfectly paired with each of the wines with Panoramic’s dishes including charcoal macaron, foie gras, burnt apple, wild garlic focaccia that’s paired with a glass of Corte del Lupo Bianco.

Panoramic will then serve Wye valley asparagus with salamo al pepe Nero, fermented black garlic, smoked confit duck egg and a warm roe butter sauce accompanied by a glass of Chardonnay, Selva della Tesa.
Guests will then move onto a second course of bluefin tuna, aged beef fat, heirloom tomato, kosho, sorrel and nishiki rice that’s paired with a glass of Franciacorta Rose Prestige, Ed 44.
Panoramic’s third course is a beautiful rack of Lake District lamb with Jersey Royal potatoes, foraged wild garlic, sweetbread, gem lettuce and fresh garden peas with a glass of Corte del Lupo, Rosso.
The evening will then finish with a delicious pre dessert of rhubarb sorbet, white chocolate cream cheese and caramelised Liverpool honey granola, before guests enjoy a pistachio cannoli with yuzu alongside a beautiful glass of Franciacorta Vintage Collection Brut.
