Perfect for a seasonal treat or as a gift for a loved one, the delectable and traditional Afternoon Tea is served in the restaurant, overlooking the resort’s magnificent golf course.
Presented in a beautiful bird cage designed three-tiered stand, the Tea includes three tiers of sweet and savoury delicacies. Guests can begin with an assortment of classic finger sandwiches including roasted coronation turkey, smoked salmon with chive crème fraiche and Lancashire cheddar with cranberry relish.
Light, fluffy and freshly baked homemade scones are served with cinnamon clotted cream, a selection of Tiptree jams and a choice of teas and coffees.
For the finale, delicate festive pastries include mini macaron sable, stollen, mini mince pies and macaroons. Guests can add a glass of Prosecco or Champagne for an extra special treat.
Festive Afternoon Tea is £24.95 per person and served daily, 12.30pm until 4.00pm. Guests can add Prosecco (£8) or a glass of Champagne (£11). Afternoon Tea gift vouchers, perfect for a Christmas present, are also available to buy online.
