New Food Hall, Victoria Street Collective, Opens At Metquarter

Liverpool’s Metquarter has announced the launch of Victoria Street Collective, an expansive new food hall, which officially opened on Friday 23 May.

Spanning over 10,000 square feet, the vibrant space brings together nine independent food and drink traders under one roof, offering a global selection of dishes with everything from Indian and Greek street food to Mexican, Korean, and Italian-American flavours.

More than just a dining destination, Victoria Street Collective (VSC) has been designed as a dynamic, all-day space that merges food, culture, and community. With free Wi-Fi and flexible seating, it’s ideal for remote workers, lunch breaks, after-work socials or relaxed weekends with friends and family.

A Global Feast in the City Centre

Guests can enjoy diverse cuisines with options to suit every diet, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal dishes. Traders include:

  • SK Little India – Celebrating centuries-old Indian culinary artistry
  • Flavours of Greece – Traditional dishes from the Mediterranean
  • Bella Ciao – Hand-stretched Italian-New York fusion pizza
  • Burger N Wings – Stacked burgers and bold-flavoured wings
  • Korean Bliss – Dumplings, fried chicken and big hearty bowls
  • Sunnyside Up – Breakfast favourites served all day
  • Mexican Hub – Tacos, enchiladas and vibrant Latin flavours
  • Churroholic – Sweet treats with a Latin American twist
  • Vibhuti Bar – Handcrafted drinks perfectly paired with every meal

To mark the opening, visitors today can enjoy exclusive deals including 25% off food, 2-for-1 draught beer, £12 cocktails (2 for £12), and free meals for kids.
