Liverpool ONE Welcomes Exciting New Wave of Independent Restaurants

Liverpool ONE is about to get even tastier, with three new restaurants bringing bold flavours, fresh ideas, and plenty of local flair to the heart of the city.

Joining the vibrant dining scene this winter are Brewski, Jerk Junction and Salon Madre – each adding something new and exciting for Liverpool ONE visitors looking to eat, drink, and unwind in style.

Brewski, opening this November on the Leisure Terrace, will make its Liverpool debut with a huge 200-cover restaurant serving up indulgent North American comfort food – think loaded fries, stacked burgers and brunch feasts – all with a side of fun.

Jerk Junction is bringing the heat to Paradise Street, serving authentic Caribbean street food favourites like Jerk Chicken, Curried Goat and Jerk Loaded Fries in a vibrant 4,100 sq ft venue.

Iced, the new concept from local favourite Bean Coffee, is already open on the Leisure Terrace, serving up its viral Pink Choc Matcha, refreshing smoothies and cool lemonades – the perfect stop for a grab-and-go treat.

Rounding things off is Salon Madre, the brand-new sister venue to Liverpool’s beloved Madre. Opening on Hanover Street later this year, expect a tequila-led taqueria and pool hall featuring frozen Margaritas, Mexican street eats, pool tables, darts and private party spaces – the ultimate fiesta spot.

Liverpool ONE has seen an 8.5% rise in food and drink sales this year, reflecting the city’s growing appetite for local and independent restaurants.

“We’re delivering a dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more,” said Rob Deacon, Director of Asset Management at Liverpool ONE. “With these four independent brands joining our line-up, Liverpool ONE’s food scene has never been more exciting.”

Whether you’re shopping, socialising or just soaking up the atmosphere, Liverpool ONE’s newest additions promise something delicious for everyone.
