Iberian-style Bottomless Brunch Launched At BoBo

Liverpool’s only authentic Iberian wine café, BoBo on Castle Street has launched a bottomless brunch every weekend with a slight twist.

Weekend guests can expect unlimited beautiful traditional sangria, prosecco, fantastic caipirinha cocktails and bottled beers.

Sangria is a signature drink at BoBo made in-house in the traditional Spanish/Portuguese way with red wine and chopped fruit, but with a spiced syrup mix which enhances the flavour and a few dashes of Calvados to give it an extra kick.

The accompanying food also has an emphasis on the European, with Bocadillos (Spanish sandwiches) charcuterie and cheese boards, ham and aioli rolled bites, potato tortilla, Gordal olives and house pickles, followed by Pastel de Nata (Portuguese custard tarts), churros and fresh pastries.

Josh Moore, co-owner of BoBo, as well as Abditory on Queen Avenue, said: “Our bottomless brunch is less about boozing during the day and more about taking a slow pace enjoying great company with excellent European food, delicious and refreshing sangria and an amazing Brazilian cocktail.

“It has to be in keeping with our style which is low key, but cool and authentic. We feel it’s a more mature and approachable version of the bottomless brunch.

“We have had wonderful feedback and are delighted that it has really taken off and as a consequence we are very busy on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, so booking is very much recommended.”

Bobo’s 90 minute weekend bottomless brunch can be reserved between 12 noon and 3pm and costs £30.
