Flight Club Liverpool Serves Up Fresh Flavours with Exciting New Menu Additions

Flight Club has raised the bar once again, unveiling a tempting menu refresh packed with indulgent sharers, bold flavours, and an all-new pizza-and-cocktail combo that’s set to be a crowd favourite.

Guests can kick things off with vibrant new bar bites such as chorizo glazed in hot honey and giant prawn crackers paired with sweet chilli dip — the perfect match for a round of darts or a night out with friends.

The small plates selection has also been given a flavour boost, with standout additions including spiced corn ribs with coriander and spicy mayo, halloumi sticks drizzled in caramelised hot honey, and juicy grilled chimichurri beef sliders.

For those who love to graze, Flight Club’s new tear ’n’ share platters promise to steal the spotlight. Think molten baked camembert surrounded by a garlicky sourdough wreath, a rustic charcuterie board brimming with cured meats, breads, dips, and olives, or a fresh hummus and crudités platter with crunchy padrón peppers.

And in the ultimate mash-up, Flight Club has launched Margs & Margs — a new sharing package featuring a margherita pizza paddle and two Passion Fruit Picante margaritas, all from £25.

Whether you’re in for a full feast or just a few picky bits, the latest additions prove Flight Club knows exactly how to keep the good times (and the flavours) flowing.
