Brewski Lands at Liverpool ONE with Viral Comfort Food and 1,000 Bookings in 48 Hours

Liverpool ONE has welcomed the highly anticipated arrival of Brewski, the viral comfort-food favourite renowned for its towering sharing platters, slow-cooked meats and bold, American-inspired flavours.

Now open on the Terrace overlooking Chavasse Park, the new restaurant marks Brewski’s fourth UK location and its first in the Liverpool City Region. The venue seats 120 indoors, with an outdoor dining area set to launch in spring 2026.

Inspired by a culinary road trip across the United States — from Manhattan steakhouses and Brooklyn dive bars to California taco trucks — Brewski promises hearty portions, inventive dishes and a menu that evolves five times a year. Each month brings a fresh theme, supported by the brand’s popular ‘52 in 52’ weekly specials.

Co-founder James Daly said excitement has already exceeded expectations: “We’re absolutely buzzing to bring Brewski to Liverpool ONE… more than 1,000 bookings in the first 48 hours shows how excited people are. With our new 40-strong team, we’re ready to deliver the unique, high-quality experience Brewski is known for.”

Liverpool diners are first to sample the festive “Oh Christmas Tray, Oh Christmas Tray” menu, featuring stacked seasonal showstoppers such as stuffing-crumbed cauliflower cheese, hot honey pigs in blankets with beef gravy, and garlic roasties loaded with pulled lamb and crispy prosciutto. Even the cocktail list receives a winter makeover, with New York-inspired serves leading into a Mardi Gras menu in spring.
