BOXPARK Liverpool Welcomes Christakis and Rogue Pizza Co. to Its Line-Up of Local Food Traders

BOXPARK Liverpool has expanded its already vibrant food offering with the arrival of two new local traders — Christakis and brand-new pizza concept Rogue Pizza Co. — bringing bold new flavours to the popular Baltic Triangle venue.

The two new kitchens join existing vendors Yoki Social Table, Yum Cha, Shake?, and Simply Salt N Pepper, making BOXPARK a go-to destination for street food lovers in the city. Both new arrivals are now serving inside the venue and available to order via UberEats.

Christakis, a well-known name in Liverpool’s food scene for over 25 years, brings traditional Greek cuisine to BOXPARK. Founded by Christakis Georgiou, the new kitchen offers favourites like chicken gyros wraps, loukanika sausage, halloumi, and the much-loved feta spring rolls. For those with a sweet tooth, their baklava stuffed with crushed pistachios and syrup promises a decadent treat.

Rogue Pizza Co. is a fresh new concept from the team behind Rock N Rogue, an established tour catering brand that’s served global stars including Green Day, Jorja Smith, and Sting. Based in Crosby, the new BOXPARK outlet delivers indulgent American-style pizzas like Pepperoni Punk and Buffalo Chicken Blitz, alongside hearty pasta dishes such as Penne Carbonara and moreish sides like loaded tater tots.

Joel Lee, General Manager at BOXPARK Liverpool, said: “We’ve been working with local concepts to give our guests an even wider range of delicious dishes and felt that both a Greek kitchen and one that serves such classics like pizza and pasta were necessary and would add so much to our offering. Both Christakis and Rogue have been really well received and we’re excited to see their menus develop further over the coming months.”

Christakis Georgiou added: “We felt that BOXPARK Liverpool needed a Greek-style vendor, and we were highly experienced, serving traditional Greek food in Liverpool! It’s a very exciting time. The Baltic Triangle is a thriving area. I’m especially looking forward to having the train station just a few steps away and seeing the Baltic become even busier.”

Jay Riley, Finance Director at Rogue Pizza Co., shared: “When the opportunity arose to join BOXPARK Liverpool with Rogue Pizza Co., we were incredibly excited. BOXPARK shares many of the same values that we do; offering a great space for the people of Liverpool to experience great sports, music, food and drink — and it’s located in The Baltic Triangle, Liverpool’s cultural and creative hub. We couldn’t imagine a better place to call home!”

The launch of Christakis and Rogue Pizza Co. marks another exciting chapter for BOXPARK Liverpool, which continues to champion independent food talent while delivering a dynamic, social dining experience for locals and visitors alike.
