Euan Blackman Releases His Catchy Debut Track ‘Think About You’

LIPA student, Euan Blackman showcases his songwriting and production skills on his debut single ‘Think About You’.

The song bio states that this track is two minutes of guitar driven pop / rock song full of synth hooks and lyrics that deal with modern day homesickness. Oh, and plus the obligatory soaring i.e.”anthemic” guitar solo. Yep. It’s all of these, and the fact that the track actually weighs in at around two minutes is a great bonus.

Polished production which is exceedingly radio friendly you can just hear the cited influences of Tom Petty and Sam Fender, but for these older ears the one and only Chesney Hawkes sprang to mind. Pleasant stuff that may well be the summer soundtrack to many, especially if picked up by mainstream radio.

‘Think About You’ showcases 18 year old Blackman’s obvious songwriting talents and ear for melody. It’s a good start to what I am sure will be a long career.

‘Think About You’ will be out on all major streaming platforms from Friday 13 March.
