Axe Throwing In Liverpool With Timberjacks

Axe throwing has become a popular activity over the last 12 months with venues opening up across the UK where you can put your lumberjack skills to the test. And now you can do axe throwing in Liverpool thanks to Timberjacks.

What is axe throwing you ask? It’s where a competitor throws an axe at a target, attempting to hit the bulls eye as near as possible. The closer you get the the bullseye the more points you’ll win.

Timberjacks already have venues in Shrewsbury, Kidderminster and Leeds and with the demand to throw axes growing rapidly it was a no brainer for the team to open their Liverpool venue on 6 March.

So whether you want to sling axes with a group of mates for a bit of friendly competition or you’re wanting a unique date with your significant other, Timberjacks is a guarenteed good day, or night, out. And if you find that you really get into the swing of your axe throwing then there’s axe throwing leagues and lifetime membership available.

Sessions costs £20 for 60 minutes and £15 for a 45 minute session. They also offer a longer 75 minute session at £25. In addition there’s tailored discounts for parties of 10  or more where session times increase to 90 minutes.

There’s also in-game extras that you can add to your experience including the popular Apple Smashing where strings of hanging apples will be added in front of your target so you can smash as many of them as you can. You can also add a bit of variety to your throwing sessions with target posters.

Axe throwing sessions are available for children of  8+ years upwards. All players under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
