Santa’s Secret Forest 2026 Tickets On Sale Now as Magical Christmas Experience Returns With New Attractions
Tickets are now officially on sale for the return of Santa’s Secret Forest, with organisers promising an even bigger and more magical festive experience for Christmas 2026.
Returning to Orrell Hill Woods from Saturday 21 November to Thursday 24 December 2026, the immersive Christmas attraction has quickly become one of the North West’s most talked-about festive events after a hugely successful debut season.
Rated the number one traveller-ranked attraction in Liverpool on TripAdvisor with a 4.9-star rating, Santa’s Secret Forest welcomed tens of thousands of visitors in 2025, drawing families from across the UK for its mix of immersive theatre, festive storytelling and spectacular illuminated woodland trails.
Spread across more than 40 acres of woodland, the experience transports visitors into a hidden Christmas world filled with twinkling lights, theatrical sets, larger-than-life festive scenes and interactive encounters led by a lively cast of mischievous elves.
At the centre of the attraction is the impressive 2,700 sqm Christmas Hub, where families begin their hour-long journey through “Operation Christmas”. Guests are welcomed into the Grand Lobby before boarding the Tinsel Town Express with Conductor Merryweather, leading them through a series of immersive festive scenes including Santa’s Sleigh Garage, the North Pole Command Centre, the magical Mail Room and the bustling Toy Workshop.
Visitors will also travel through the glowing Elf Village, experience nostalgic festive moments inside the Time Tunnel and meet Santa himself following a magical ride in the attraction’s “Magic Elevator”. Real live reindeer will once again make an appearance throughout the festive season.
New Additions for 2026
Following overwhelming demand last year, organisers Sidestep Events Ltd have announced a range of brand-new additions for 2026.
New features include:
- A spectacularly enhanced illuminated light trail featuring brand-new installations, upgraded lighting displays and breathtaking festive focal points
- A magical interactive “Elf Hunt” hidden throughout the forest
- Brand-new immersive and interactive moments woven into the woodland adventure
- An expanded Merrywood Market with even more festive food, drinks and seasonal treats

General admission tickets, which include access to both the Christmas Hub and illuminated light trail, start from £45 plus booking fee. Light trail-only tickets start from £16 plus booking fee, while VIP packages and payment plan options are also available.
With high demand expected once again, organisers are encouraging families to book early to avoid disappointment.
