A new grassroots music festival is set to make its debut in Liverpool this May bank holiday as Noisy Weekender takes over ARC:HIVE in the Baltic Triangle for three days of live music, DIY culture and emerging talent.
Running from 23–25 May, the festival promises a packed programme of indie, alternative and rock acts from across the UK and beyond, with organisers describing it as a celebration of grassroots music and independent culture.
Created by promoters Noisy Neighbours, Noisy Weekender aims to spotlight artists “pushing boundaries and redefining what live music can be”, while also championing the importance of independent venues and creative communities.
Festival organiser and Noisy Neighbours co-owner Zak Langford-Do said: “We’re enthused by the prospect to be bringing high quality grassroots music to Liverpool and building a music community.”

Among the headline acts are Déjà Vega, who top the bill on Saturday 23 May, and Preston indie outfit The Cases, who headline Sunday night. Liverpool’s own The Balla will close the festival on Monday 25 May following a breakout year that has already seen the band sell out This Feeling’s “Big in 2026” showcase in just eight hours.
The line-up also includes rising acts such as Skal, The Slates, Stanleys and singer-songwriter Lily Almond.
One of the festival’s more unusual bookings comes in the form of The Silverados, a young mod-rock trio from Los Angeles making their first UK tour appearance. The band, led by Patrick Silvers — grandson of comedy legend Phil Silvers — are set to bring their high-energy guitar sound to Liverpool as part of the festival’s opening night.
Set within ARCHIVE’s industrial warehouse space in the Baltic Triangle, organisers say the festival is designed to feel immersive and community-driven, reflecting the spirit of Liverpool’s underground creative scene.
