Tempest on Tithebarn’s 12 Days Of Christmas Burgers Is Back

Tempest on Tithebarn love to do things a bit differently and Christmas is no exception. Following on from last year’s game-changing Xmas menu, they are back with arguably the city’s best alternative Christmas offering. Their 12 Days Of Christmas Burgers is back, with plenty of succulent sides too. It’s available from Tuesday 11 November and runs until Saturday 20 December.

At the heart of Tempest’s Christmas menu are twelve mouth-watering burgers full of invention and flavour, from Two (Turtle) Turkey Doves’ slow cooked turkey crown with sage and onion stuffing, crispy bacon and cranberry sauce served with a side of rich dipping gravy, to A Partridge In A Pear Tree’s delicious Tempest honey glazed pork belly, sage and onion stuffing, pork crackling, pear and apple sauce.

There’s Four Calling Birds’ Beef patty, crispy bacon topped with a goat cheese wheel, cranberry sauce and served with a side of rich dipping gravy. Or for vegetarian options, how about Eight Maids Are Milking which features grilled halloumi drizzled with Tempest’s honey, topped with roasted red peppers and spiced cranberry sauce, or Nine Ladies Dancing with a bubble and squeak patty with sage and onion stuffing. Topped with a vegan pig in blanket and served with a side of vegan dipping gravy. Then there’s the sensational Six Geese Are Laying with double beef patty topped with a fried egg and red onion relish and many more to choose from.

Tempest on Tithebarn pays homage loving to New York’s meatpacking district eateries, with stone walls, bare wood with lots of natural lighting in the ground-floor open plan restaurant and bar. There’s an intimate subterranean club space with huge potential for parties, to one of the city’s best roof-top views. Tempest even has its own colony of bees, whose honey is used in the restaurant and some of this year’s festive dishes.
