Zizzi Gives Away Free Ice Cream Sundaes When Temperatures Hit 29°C – Here’s How to Claim Yours
With the summer heatwave in full swing, Zizzi is giving Brits a cool reason to celebrate. The Italian restaurant chain is dishing out free ice cream sundaes whenever the local temperature hits 29°C — and it’s happening across all their UK restaurants throughout July.
Each Zizzi branch will give away 29 free sundaes every time it hits 29°C locally, totalling more than 4,000 free frozen treats across the country.
Claiming your chilled dessert is easy — all you have to do is show restaurant staff your phone’s weather app proving the current temperature is 29°C or higher at your location.
There are three mouth-watering sundaes on offer to help you cool off:
- Caramello Sundae: Salted caramel and vanilla gelato with whipped cream, topped with a honeycomb cheesecake slice, stroopwafel, and caramel crunch.
- Dragon Fruit & Wild Strawberry Sundae: Dragon fruit sorbet and strawberry gelato with pink meringue, whipped cream and a drizzle of strawberry coulis.
- Chocolate Brownie Sundae: A rich mix of chocolate and salted caramel gelato, brownie pieces, whipped cream, honeycomb, and decadent sauces to pour.
