Echoes of Brazil – A Multisensory Art Exhibition Coming To The Everyman Theatre
Artist Anne Wiziack brings the soul of Brazil to life in her exhibition, Echoes of Brazil—a vibrant, immersive celebration of the country’s rich cultural and natural heritage.
More than just a collection of stunning visuals, the exhibition invites audiences to journey through Brazil’s lush landscapes, diverse communities, and powerful traditions. But what sets this exhibition apart is its sensory depth—visitors are encouraged to scan QR codes throughout the gallery space to access the Brazilian music that inspired Anne’s creative process. It’s an experience designed not just to be seen, but felt.
At the heart of Echoes of Brazil is a deep commitment to sustainability, diversity and the protection of indigenous communities. Each piece of artwork pulses with stories of Brazil’s beauty and complexity, exploring the interconnection between people and nature.

In a meaningful gesture that echoes the values at the core of her work, Anne Wiziack will donate a portion of the exhibition’s profits to two remarkable Brazilian organisations. Bolsa Oro (@bolsaoro) champions sustainability through a circular model that transforms plastic waste into valuable materials, helping to create economic opportunities in underrepresented regions. Meanwhile, Instituto Socioambiental (@socioambiental) works to defend the environment and uphold the rights of Brazil’s indigenous peoples, quilombola communities, ribeirinhos, and other traditional groups.
With Echoes of Brazil, Anne Wiziack offers not only a window into the soul of a country, but a call to honour and protect it.
