Foodies: Learn How To Cook The Perfect Steak at Gaucho Cookery School

Gaucho Liverpool has announced the launch of its unique cookery school experience. Aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts are invited to join the Gaucho Cookery School, where they will master the art of preparing, marinating, and grilling the finest aged Argentinian cuts of beef.

Participants will be guided by a skilled Gaucho head chef, who will provide an interactive demonstration of the butchery techniques used to prepare each prime beef cut. The chef will also share the secrets behind Gaucho’s signature Argentinian marinating rubs and traditional grilling methods still practiced in Argentina today.

Upon arrival at the Cookery School, guests will be welcomed with a cheese board and a glass of Vina Patricia Malbec, sourced from Gaucho’s own vineyard in Mendoza. Each participant will also receive a complimentary apron to wear during the class.

During the hands-on cooking lesson, attendees will learn to cook the following steaks:

  • Tira de Ancho, 300g
  • Lomo, 200g
  • Churrasco de Chorizo, 300g

Additionally, participants will create their own personalized chimichurri and churrasco marinade to take home, along with some of the exquisite steak cuts.
