Voyagers Restaurant To Host Wine Evening
Liverpool’s Voyagers Restaurant will host an exclusive wine event, offering a selection of Gerard Bertrand wines.
The event takes place at the Parr Street-based restaurant on Monday 20 May, with a special six-course menu being created for the occasion.
Featuring a range of wines, including a Domaine de l’Aigle Chardonnay and a Heritage Rouge Corbières, the event will begin at 7pm.
Guests will have the opportunity to sip on a Balfour Leslie’s Reserve Brut on arrival while enjoying deep fried pommes Anna.
Roast cod of loin accompanied by a pea and asparagus risotto will be on offer, with a chicken breast and supreme sauce to follow.
Guests will be treated to a pre-dessert of basil meringue, passionfruit and Chantilly cream and, to finish, chocolate fondant with peanut butter ice cream.
