Brunch Club Liverpool Revamp Breathes New Life Into Duke Street Eatery
Brunch Club on Duke Street re-launched last week with a brilliant new menu featuring all your brunch favourites with a unique twist, plus plenty of interesting options to sink your teeth into.
Brunch Club first launched on Duke Street back in 2016 and it served nice food but for us it didn’t quite have that appeal to keep drawing us back time and time again like our favourite restaurants do, so we can understand why it’s had an overhaul. And what a transformation it is – the interior is beautiful with so much foliage bringing the outside in, we’ve just found one of the best Instagrammable eateries in the city!
Now onto the menu, first we chose some drinks, I opted for the Mango Tango smoothie (Strawberry, Mango & Orange) which was amazing…you can’t beat a fresh smoothie with brunch! My partner opted for tea which was served in a huge glass tea pot and he was offered a refill on what was already an impressive amount of tea.
Then for the main event we ordered the Breakfast Board – Granola served with fruit and milk, Smashed Avocado on toast with a poached egg and fresh juice. Perfect when you want a bit of variety for your brunch! The smashed avocado tasted fantastic, with the lime giving it a great, vesty kick.
I opted for the Pulled Pork Tacos and a side of hash browns…I ordered the hash browns before realising just how generous the portion size of the tacos were! Now, I would 100% come back to Brunch Club just for these tacos alone, they were full of flavour. The BBQ sauce was rich and with the coleslaw on top it perfectly complimented the dish.
We’re really impressed with what the Brunch Club team have achieved with the venue and they’ve made this somewhere that we will definitely be revisiting very soon!
