Just in time for Chinese New Year, the year of the pig is upon us, considered to bless us all with wealth and fortune. Now that’s something we can get on board with!

So while we’re all set to get mega rich this year, how about grabbing a slice of That’ll do Pig to kick off the proceedings? Get ready to feast on pork marinated with 5 spice, ginger and honey, red chillies, spring onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, coriander and finished with hoisin sauce – now that is pigglylicious.

Now if you really want to get technical, according to the Chinese zodiac hours, which changes a regular 24 hour day into 12 two hour slots, the ‘Hour of the Pig’ occurs between 21:00 and 22:59 each night, said to be the time the pig lives his best life. Well, lucky you folks, it’s pig time all night here at Pedro’s, we’re open 12pm – 4am so you can get your oink on and grab a slice whenever you feel like one.
