It feels like an exciting time for live music in Liverpool with many musicians and bands being propelled into the spotlight on a National level in recent months and one such band making waves across the country are Seprona.

Having had a huge summer across the festival circuit this summer, Seprona have announced details of a special homecoming show to celebrate the release of their highly anticipated debut EP, Seprona.

Don’t miss them at Liverppol’s legendary EBGBS on Saturday 8 September and hosted by CMD Presents, the night is sure to be something special.

The five piece have built a reputation for their energised performances as they take you on an emotional voyage through their array of songs, that has gained them praise form BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 6 Music as well as highly praised sets at the likes of Liverpool Sound City.

Support on the night comes from LOLA, Hannah & The Wick Effect and The Quiet Man. LOLA have been gaining momentum at a rate of knots, with support slots already on the cards for Chk Chk Chk !!! and SPINN in the bag. With their highly charged riffs instantly hooking you in, they will be sure to win over an army of fans in no time.

Hannah & The Wick Effect is a name you may already recognise, having been listed as one of the short list for this years Merseyrail Soundstation Prize and lauded by the likes of Bido Lito, spiky riot girl Hannah & The Wick Effect has all the ingredients to become a name on everyone’s lips this year.

The Quiet Man heralding from the depths of Liverpool’s underground, an enigmatic solo artist is only starting out on his adventure but has already caught the eye of many, including BBC Introducing stations around the country.
