Street Food Champions The Pulled Swine To Serve Up At The Brewery Tap

With a street food craze in full flow and a real ale revolution taking over the city; renowned food trader The Pulled Swine has the perfect partnership for foodies and beer bods in the city.

The pulled pork experts have taken up residency at one of the city’s oldest pubs The Brewery Tap on Stanhope Street at Cains Brewery and serving up a range of dishes every Friday and Saturday.

Famous for their traditional dishes with a twist, The Pulled Swine will treat diners and drinkers to a menu which nods to The Brewery Tap’s traditional pub routes and even includes homemade pork scratchings.

Customers at the Cains Brewery pub can takeaway food to enjoy at their office or enjoy in the pub with a pint of local ale in front of the fire.

Mark Lanceley, founder of The Pulled Swine, says:

“We’re delighted to be serving at The Brewery Tap every Friday and Saturday – it’s a fantastic pub with a huge amount of history!

We’re going to be mixing up the menu each week and serving up some unique dishes in a great traditional pub surrounding.”

The Pulled Swine serves up at The Brewery Tap every Friday and Saturday, 11am – 3pm.
