Liverpool Set For Fine Dining Restaurant

Liverpool is set to get a new fine dining restaurant later this month – however, it will only be open for 3-nights.

At the end of January, Buyers Club’s renowned Head Chef Daniel Heffy will be going on a European culinary adventure.

Already a huge talent in the city, Heffy – who at just 22 years old became head chef at the restaurant – will be taking a sabbatical and heading onto the continent to work in some of the finest restaurants in Europe.

Before he heads off on his journey, the Hardman Street restaurant will be saying farewell in unique style by opening its private dining room up as an unconventional pop-up restaurant.

On 20, 21 and 27 January, Daniel will be serving up an experimental 5-course set menu from 6pm each night at Buyers Club. With a nod to his future adventure, the stunning menu will feature an eclectic mixture of dishes with a European flair throughout.

Daniel Heffy, Head Chef at Buyers Club, says:

“I’m really looking forward to heading out on my European journey! It will be great to further my experience and work in some excellent kitchens on the continent. I’m also very excited to fully takeover the dining room later this month and bring a more unusual menu to space for 3 nights only.”

With huge demand for the pop-up, the restaurant is expected to be booked up quickly. Call 0151 709 2400 to reserve a table – the menu is priced at £45pp and vegan / vegetarian options are available.
