A new Greek restaurant will be opening on the bustling Castle Street in the Liverpool business district in early 2025! The site will be located in the former Boots store, which is next to Sainsbury’s, situated at 44 Castle Street.
Castle Street is one of the city’s most historic streets with some amazing places to eat as well as stylish bars. Zeus Taverna will be the latest site to open on Castle Street after the opening of the Ivy last month.
The Santorini inspired Greek restaurant will offer a mix of tapas/small plates as well as Greek favourites such as Souvlaki and Moussaka.
A spokesperson for the new restaurant said “ We have been looking for an ideal location for the brand for sometime. We feel Castle Street ticks all the boxes for us and is a great location in Liverpool City Centre. We will be looking to open in Winter 2025 and look forward to being part of this historic street, as for us it has become the best food and drink destination in Liverpool.”
More information on the opening, menu and interior will be announced on the restaurant website in Jan 2025.
