The Six By Nico Amalfi Coast menu will bring the delicacies of the Italian south coast to Liverpool this August.
The Amalfi Coast is one of Italy’s most popular vacation locations, known for its stunning sea views, but the region’s gastronomy is equally spectacular.
From Positano to Amalfi and Ravello to Minori, excellent regional cuisines nourish and thrill from far and wide. Rich in seafood, pasture-raised meats and cultivated vegetables, the landscape’s pristine waterways and towering mountains are the source of ingredients that create a magical experience that perfectly combines Italian cuisine and breathtaking ambiance.
From Monday 9 August and inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Chef Nico Simeone and his team from Six by Nico restaurants invite guests to eat their way through the region’s most popular neighbourhoods.
Six By Nico Amalfi Coast Menu:
The new six course ‘Amalfi Coast’ tasting menu includes PARMESAN POLENTA – Parmesan Polenta With Globe Artichoke, Girolle Mushroom & Lardo Di Colonnata; BURRATA – Burrata with Heirloom Tomato, Green Olive, Salted Lemon & Lovage; SPAGHETTI VONGOLE – Spaghetti Vongole, Squid Ink Spaghetti, Clam, Mussel, Chilli, Garlic, Shellfish Espuma & Herb Powder; SEABASS – Fillet Of Sea Bass, Tapenade, Roasted Pepper, Courgette & Basil Puree, Braised Fennel & Lovage Dressing; PORK – Fillet Of Pork, N’duja Spiced Belly, Smoked Onion & Summer Squash.
The menu ends with a lemon delight, synonymous with the Amalfi Coast, DELIZIA AL LIMONE – Lemon Mousseline, Almond Sponge, Caramelised White Chocolate, Yoghurt & Meringue.
Diners can book a table now for ‘Amalfi Coast’. Open from midday, Monday through to Sunday, each six-course menu will be available from noon to late. The menu will be priced from £32* per person with the option to enjoy an expertly selected wine pairing for an additional £26 at each restaurant. A vegetarian alternative is available for every course, as well as Amalfi Coast inspired snack sides.
