Secret Diners Club Set To Serve Up A Surprise

088

Fresh from hosting their biggest ever event to date, the organisers of Secret Diners Club are back and set to hold their unconventional pop-up restaurant in its most unique and exciting location yet.

On 21 March, foodies of Merseyside will once again gather in a secret Liverpool location and be treated to a sensational five course menu curated by two of Liverpool’s most experiential chefs, Michael Harrison and Daniel Heffy.

As with all of the Secret Diners Club events, the guests will not find out where they will be dining until the day before the event and will not know what they are eating until the dessert is served, as the set menu remains undisclosed right up until the last course leaves the pass. Guests are handed blank menus at the start of their dining experience and are encouraged to interact and guess the courses throughout the evening.

081Secret Diners Club’s last event at The Static Gallery in Liverpool City Centre was its most subscribed dinner with over 45 covers, it was also the first time that Secret Diners’ Club had taken over a completely empty and raw space.

This meant that chefs, Daniel Heffy and Michael Harrison, had to deliver a five course, seasonal menu to over 45 guests with a makeshift kitchen containing just two camping stoves and one oven.

Daniel Heffy, co-founder and chef at Secret Diners Club, says:

“We can’t wait for the 21 March so we can reveal our exciting location and menu to our diners! This event is our most ambitious yet and will once again turn the traditional fine dining format on its head.”

“2015 is going to be a big year for Secret Diners Club with many more events in the pipeline and we are looking forward to bringing you our first event in March!”
