Devised with wellbeing in mind, each of the recipes boast delicious flavours and notable health benefits to help customers enter the new season with a spring in their step.

General Manager of The Brink Carl Bell said: “Here at The Brink, our main focus is on recovery and wellbeing. Our team is constantly working hard to devise new and unique offerings to allow our customers to treat themselves to guilt-free flavours thanks to an extensive menu, which comprises a selection of 130 alcohol-free beverages including mocktails and juices.

“With a wide range of flavours that provide a medley of individual health benefits to choose from, each of our detoxing recipes offer something totally different to the next. From the sweet-tooth who’s looking for an organic energy boost to the fruit lover who seeks a natural way to burn fat, there’s certainly something for everybody to enjoy.”

Detoxing presses and smoothies include ‘Natural Boost’ (pineapple, banana, coconut milk & honey), which can help to increase energy levels the natural way, ‘Inspire’ (pink grapefruit, orange & apple), an excellent source of Vitamin C, fibre, potassium & lycopene and ‘Heavenly’ (sweet potato, pear & pineapple), with health benefits including youthful skin and a boost to the immune system.

Alongside its eclectic detoxing drink offerings, the venue also serves up a range of delicious dishes with a healthy twist including Halloumi & Falafel Burger, Big Brink Omelette and fresh homemade soups to name a few.

Carl added: “For those looking to start the season with healthy, hearty meals, our kitchen team has also created a range of signature dishes with wellbeing in mind to accompany our presses and smoothies. Throughout March we will be serving up our newest offer whereby diners can enjoy two main meals for just £9.95, ideal for sharing between friends and family.”
