New Music Night ‘Keep The Music Going’ Launches August 17 With Headliner Robert Vincent

17 August sees the launch of a brand new music night for Liverpool. Keep The Music Going takes place at Pierre Griffes on Allerton Road and features the very best songwriters and musicians the region has to offer.

Headlining the first event is award-winning songwriter Robert Vincent, winner of both UK Artist of the Year and UK Album of the Year for his album In This Town You’re Owned at the 2021 UK Americana Awards.

Supporting Robert for this inaugural session will be Wirral’s very own one to watch Liz Owen who has supported legendary artists such as Joan Armatrading and Midge Ure and been featured multiple times on BBC Radio stations.

Brought to you by Rob Gough Promotions, in association with Liverpool Acoustic, Keep The Music Going, will be a series of fortnightly shows all about music and supporting up and coming songwriters and musicians whilst also featuring established performers along the way.

During this series of gigs every effort will be made to keep ticket prices affordable so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy live music.

The first session takes place on Wednesday 17 August 2022 at Pierre Griffes Cafe Bar & Bistro on Allerton Road in Liverpool. Tickets cost just £5 and are available to buy on Eventbrite. Doors open at 7pm with the music beginning at 8pm.
