Flight of the Conchords Announce Date At Liverpool Echo Arena As Part of 2018 UK Tour

Band Meeting! Musical comedy duo Bret McKenzie and Jermaine Clement have announced a string of UK tour dates for 2018 including the Echo Arena, after a seven year hiatus.

The New Zeland pair will be hitting the road in Spring to perform classic hits including Hiphopapotamus v Rhymenocerous, Business Time, Hurt Feelings and Inner City Pressure.

After meeting at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, the duo began writing and composing spoof songs which led to an award-winning set at the Edinburgh Festival in 2002. They went on to record a BBC Four radio series Flight of the Conchords, leading to the Emmy-nominated television series which ran for two seasons and became a cult favourite.

This UK tour comes as exciting news to UK fans who must have been hoping a tour was planned after the band played across New Zeland and the USA recently.

Tickets go on sale on Friday 27th October at 10am and more info can be found on the official Flight of the Conchords website here.
