FIT XPO Returns To Liverpool For Summer Event

A huge fitness, strength, health and wellbeing exhibition is returning to Liverpool later this year.

FIT XPO 22 is a three day celebration with the summer event focusing on families who want a healthier lifestyle and personal trainers from across the region.

The show which is taking over the city’s Exhibition Centre on 1, 2 and 3 July features a number of competitions including Strongman and Strongwoman, a CrossFit Battle of Britain, powerlifting and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) with some of the world’s biggest names in the industry coming to the city.

Fitness entrepreneurs Phil Graham and Phil Learney, MyCoach School founders Ben Haldon, from Wirral and Lucy Davis join scousers Molly McCann and Paddy Pimblett, who compete in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and former Mr Olympia Dorian Yates as part of the line-up for the 2022 event.

“Thousands of people joined us at last year’s event and we want to build on that success.

“There really is something for everyone at FIT XPO 22 whether you’re a hardcore bodybuilder, a student studying to be a personal trainer or a family who want to meet a six time Mr Olympia!

“We want to make the event accessible and one which can be enjoyed by the widest range of people interested in fitness, nutrition, training and wellness.

“The British Army assault course is returning with MMA grappling and drop-in fitness classes in a safe environment where kids can let off some energy and enjoy.”

Standard day and weekend tickets cost £25 and £45 with free entry for under 14’s with an adult ticket. VIP tickets also available from £55.
