Street Food Pioneers to Serve Up at Constellations.
The Baltic Triangle is set to get a taste of Cuba this summer when FINCA launches its first full restaurant in an outdoor space at Constellations.
Opening on Friday 21 April, the covered al fresco restaurant will serve up FINCA’s signature dishes including cubanos, croquettas and sweet potato fries, as well as many new menu additions.
Launched in April last year, the Cuban eatery has already undertaken residencies at the Botanical Gin Garden and Slater Street’s The Merchant, as well as one off nights across the country, however, this will be its most ambitious set up to date.
The newly built heated structure at Constellations on Greenland Street can seat up to 40 diners at any one time, with customers also able to spill out into the rest of the garden and into Constellation’s indoor warehouse space.
FINCA will also be working closely with Constellations to plan a number of unique outdoor food events which will take place throughout the summer.

FINCA officially opens on Friday 21st April and will be serving at Constellations from Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm-late, throughout the summer.
