Giant DJ Festival Planned For Concert Square This Coming Bank Holiday

There’s a two day free music event coming to Liverpool’s Concert Square over the weekend of 27 and 28 August.

Organised by Modo and Soho bars, Festival On The Square sees DJs from both bars playing back to back on a shared outdoor stage that will straddle both of the venues’ boardwalk areas.

Kicking off on Saturday 27, the first of the two hour sets starts at 1pm with Jimski from Soho, followed by Lewis Godby and Les Calvert from Modo, plus Louisa Greenaway and Charlotte Major from Soho, running right through until 11pm.

Bank Holiday Sunday starts with Les Calvert from 1pm-3pm followed by fellow Modo DJs Matt Hibbert and Ben Anderson, with Soho’s Tayla and Callum Whittaker playing alternate slots.

Looking forward to a weekend of alfresco drinking and dancing in the heart of the city centre, the organisers are anticipating Concert Square to be party central with plenty of sunshine –  but in the event of bad weather, both venues even have retractable roofs to keep the party going on the Square until late!

Offering a vast choice of cocktails, sharers, Spritzes and much, much more, advance table bookings for both Soho and Modo, including VIP booths on Modo’s Paradiso Roof Terrace overlooking the Square can be made through their websites: https://www.modoliverpool.co.uk and https://soholiverpool.co.uk

Entrance to August Bank Holiday’s Festival On The Square is free – over 18s only.
