Nourish Women’s Spa & Gym Haven In The City

Ladies, there is a brand new underground heaven in the heart of Liverpool that you need to visit. Nourish is a female-only one stop health and beauty venue with a fantastic concept.

Making the decision to exercise and look after your body comes with a challenge of completely dedicating yourself to it. In the past I have found this extremely difficult in many commercial gyms. Always being made to feel like you are just there to pay member fees, being surrounded by huge crowds of men and women in what always seems to feel like a competitive environment. After my experience at Nourish, I will never be stepping into a commercial gym again.

Nourish Spa & Gym Liverpool

In the heart of Liverpool, escape the hustle and bustle of city life with this brand new concept. Nourish offers a luxurious environment that offers a range of treatments, programmes and classes including Yoga, Meditation and Pop Pilates all with a core value of self-care. In my full Nourish experience, I began with a Spa and some time in the gym before the best yoga class I’ve ever had. The class was both challenging and relaxing allowing me to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Nourish offer a wide range of treatments including massages, waxing, spray tan, nail, wraps and scrubs perfect for cleansing the mind, body & soul. Being exclusively female, the underground sanctuary brings a great sense of peace as you explore the gym whilst feeling relaxed in a friendly environment.

Staff are extremely welcoming to all members providing expert knowledge and training. Creator Grace McGinnis has brought a little piece of perfection to the ladies of Liverpool. For those of you seeking a gym membership that will bring luxury, peace and tranquillity, Nourish is the place for you. Nourish offer a range of high-end memberships starting from £99.
