New Pop-Up Melted Cheese Restaurant Now Open at Constellations

This winter, the Constellations garden is going into full biblical meltdown with a brand new garden pop-up called Mélt. Melted, grilled, fried and baked…from 3rd November, step into a world filled with cheese, cheese and more cheese.

Constellations to many people is a summertime destination; there is nothing better than a cold crisp cider or craft beer sipped in the garden sunshine. But some things are just better in the winter…

From November the garden is getting all snug and festive with its famous roaring fire, mulled drinks, hot cocktails and a variety of wines served from the bar and lots of cheese. The new Mélt offer is delivered by Joe Mannion and Michael Carey.

The new Mélt concept is delivered by Joe Mannion and Michael Carey, award-winning chefs from local restaurant Pushka. Not only will they be ensuring the smooth delivery of Mélt, but also the now famous Constellations weekend Brunch Club, as featured in the latest Easyjet Magazine and 2016 Liverpool Cookbook.

The Mélt menu is made up of simple, warming dishes from raclettes to fondues and gigantic cheese toasties. Vegan friends, never fear they’ve got you covered too, with dairy free options available.

The new street-food offer will fit alongside an orbiting programme of music, arts and cultural events such as #LiveMusicThursdays, UV Ping Pong, plus a regular rotation of exhibitions and late night club events.

Chefs Michael and Joe say “We are truly excited to bring Mélt to life in the amazing backdrop of the Constellations garden. Mélt is the byproduct of a filthy, dirty, cheesey street food dream, and Swiss tradition.”

Mélt at Constellations is now open. Find out more via the Constellations website here.
