New Cocktail Bar Offering 160 Cocktails Launches On Seel Street

Be At One Cocktail Bar launched on Seel Street last week (Thursday 14th) with an exclusive night of celebrations for VIP guests from across Liverpool.

The new cocktail bar opened to the public on Friday 15th July, boasting an extensive menu of over 160 cocktails for customers to choose from.

The menu at Be At One covers every cocktail preference, whether sweet, sour, bitter or fruity, the menu will have a cocktail to satisfy. Cocktails are listed under flavours, sizes and spirits to help customers find the perfect drink for the evening, whether light and refreshing or a sweet cocktail dessert.

Happy Hour will run from 4:30pm – 8pm Monday to Wednesday, 4:30pm – 7pm on Thursdays and will run from 2pm on the weekends, finishing at 7pm on Friday and Saturday and 12am on Sundays.

The cocktail bar even has its own App named ‘Be At One’, which allows customers to personalise their own happy hour with its ‘Appi Hour’ feature. Customers can choose their own happy hour in the bar, giving them the opportunity to extend it by 15 mins for an extra cocktail. If customers are feeling brave, they can let the app choose a cocktail for them at £5 with its ‘Adventurous’ feature. The app is available on the iTunes App Store and Android App Store.

Be At One was created in 1998 by three bartenders; Steve Locke, Rhys Oldfield and Leigh Miller. The founders opened the first Be At One in Battersea Rise in May 1998 and since then have opened further bars across the country, making Liverpool’s Be At One their 32nd site and the 13th site outside of London.

Co-founder Steve Locke said: “Liverpool has always been on our radar and now the time has finally come to open our doors to the city’s lively bar and restaurant scene. After last night’s launch we are really looking forward to seeing what will be in store for Be At One Liverpool.”

Steve Locke Continued: “Each of our Be At One bars is unique in design. We decided to make our Liverpool bar the quirkiest yet with a Pop Art theme, reflecting the cities music history. We are looking forward to opening to the public for them to experience the great vibe Be At One Liverpool has to offer.”
