Liverpool’s New All-Day Dining & Drinking Destination Castle St Townhouse Open Its Doors

Castle St Townhouse has opened its doors to the public in the heart of Liverpool’s thriving Commercial District.

Complementing its cosmopolitan postcode, the all-day dining and drinking destination is providing a unique effortlessly elegant space for ‘legal eagles’ and socialites alike to while away the morning, noon and night.

By combining the ‘Three Bs’ (breakfast, brunch and bar), the new venue aims to blur the lines between social meetings and cocktail nights by rotating its core image and atmosphere throughout the day.

Early risers opting for the breakfast menu will enjoy a range of delicious breakfast bites including Poached Eggs, Chorizo Jam, Mushroom & Sourdough; Mascarpone & Buttermilk Pancakes with caramelised banana and maple syrup and Stornoway Black Pudding with Tomato, Hash, Poached Egg and Hollandaise. From 11am, the menu transforms to serve up innovative brunch dishes such as Shin of Beef with Kale and Carrot Celeriac; Hake Fillet with Spinach Hash, Avocado, Chilli and Chorizo and Rumpette Straw Fries with Béarnaise Sauce.

The venue also provides a duo of house specialities including the city’s first breakfast ‘afternoon tea’, aptly named The Townhouse Tier, which combines bitesize portions of breakfast favourites such as French Toast & Bacon, Danish & French Pastries and Fresh Fruit & Smoothie Shots. Meanwhile, the Bottomless Brunch offers delicious menu favourites along with unlimited Mimosas, Brunch Punch or Prosecco.

Castle St Townhouse is open from 8am Monday-Friday and from 9am Saturday and Sunday.
