If last years Light Night is anything to go by then this years is going to be a fantastic year for showcasing Liverpool’s arts and culture. This year is set to be even bigger and better than last with even more events taking place across the city. One of the main attractions this year will be the grand reopening of the new Liverpool Central Library. As well as this there will be exhibitions and open studios, as well as walks and tours, music and theatre across the city centre, throughout the night.

New venues such as The Baltic Creative will be hosting many hands on workshops and it’s Cafe 51will be serving tapas and drinks til 11pm.

The Brink will be hosting a women only pyjama party (Light Nightees) which will include pampering sessions, manicures, tasty food and drinks and chick flicks. Tickets are £25 and available from The Brink.

The Twilight Tower Tours of the Anglican Cathedral return, giving visitors a great opportunity to take advantage of the fantastic views from the top of the cathedral.
