Jacaranda Records Phase One Announces First Food Trader To Join The Multi-Use Venue Space

Beginning on Friday 22nd June, Jacaranda Records Phase One’s multifunctional space launches a brand new feature with the introduction of some of the best local food during weekend evenings.

With the venue’s record store already housing over 2000 vinyl; and the bar and live music features of the venue having seen considerable success over the past month, the introduction of food is an exciting progression.

Different caterers will join them over the summer; all carefully chosen to match the venue’s vibe. This weekend will see Fritto serve their much loved Italian street food. The award winning caterers have had a busy couple of years, serving at numerous events and festivals including Smithdown Road Festival, Liverpool University Square and Positive Vibration Festival.

Famous for their Panzerotti, a deep fried calzone, Fritto have proved to be a popular choice. We can’t wait to try the pizza, calamari, rainbow fries, and giant vegan friendly donuts (known as Fritelle). Their food is as pretty as a picture!

Sharing many of the same philosophies as the Jacaranda, Fritto founder Luca Sanvittore explains:

“I believe in the joy and excitement that food can bring. With Fritto, I aim to improve people’s confidence and self-esteem through cooking, sharing and eating together.”

Following what is sure to be a delicious weekend with Fritto, keep an eye out for news on their next foody guests. Expect food from Italfresh, Raggas, Evil Eye, Soul Fillers, and more. There’s plenty to get your teeth into over the coming months…
